SALON & SPA POLICIES
Cancellation Policy
At Fisher Experience we reserve our time exclusively for you. Therefore, we require a credit card or gift card number to reserve your appointment. Our cancellation policy is 24 hours. If you need to cancel or make any changes to your appointment please give us a call before this time. Cancellations and changes to your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a 50% fee of the services scheduled. No shows will result in 100% billing equal to the amount of services reserved. We appreciate your courtesy and understanding.
We will provide a reminder call 48 hours in advance. This is a courtesy call only and should not be relied upon. Clients are responsible for their appointments.
Arrival Time
Both salon and spa appointments are carefully planned to accommodate each and every client. In a spirit of mutual respect, we kindly request that you arrive on time. We encourage you to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out any necessary paperwork, relax and unwind. Late arrivals for spa services will be finished within the scheduled time while the fee will remain unchanged.
Product Returns
Products may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Credit may be applied towards future product purchases or services. There are no returns on gift cards, spa packages or series, makeup or hair brushes. All clearance items are final sale.
Cellular Phones
For the consideration of all guests, please mute all cellular phones before entering the spa and while in the salon. Thank you for your understanding.
Children & Pets
To ensure the relaxation and quiet enjoyment of all guests, children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the spa. Salon services are available to all ages over 8 years. Our salon is not a child-safe environment. For their safety, please arrange a safe place for your children while you visit the salon and spa. Likewise, and in accordance with the state health code, pets may not be brought into the spa. Thank you for your consideration and understanding.
Valuables
We regret that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal items. Please consider leaving your favorite clothing and accessories at home, we cannot be responsible for any damage....one less thing to worry about!
Gratuities
Gratuities are both appropriate and appreciated. As they are a personal choice, we do not include them in our rates. However, if you would like assistance calculating or distributing gratuities, it would be our pleasure to do so. Unfortunately, we are only able to accept cash for gratuities. For your convenience we have an ATM machine in the back of the salon.
