Fisher Experience has always had the very highest in sanitation standards. We have many enhanced measures to ensure the safety of our guests and our staff, and to continue to meet and exceed federal, state, and local guidelines.
Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
- • We kindly continue to ask that you arrive to your appointment wearing a mask and unaccompanied. Our waiting area is for guests waiting to be serviced.
- • If you or anyone in your household has traveled out of state within the last 14 days, we kindly ask that you let us know to reschedule your appointment accordingly.
- • Our cancellation policy is 24 hours. If you need to cancel or make any changes to your appointment please give us a call before this time. Cancellations & Changes to your apt with less than 24 hours will result in a 50% fee of services scheduled. No shows will result in a 100% fee equal to the number of services scheduled.
- • If you need any retail products please let your stylist know.
- • The charge card you provided at the time of booking can be used to pay for your services to minimize the amount of passing between persons. Please remember, cash cannot be added to your charge card for gratuity. You may give cash directly to your stylist in an envelope. We are no longer accepting Venmo for gratuity.
