COVID-19 POLICIES & PROCEDURES
Fisher Experience has always had the very highest in sanitation standards. We have many enhanced measures to ensure the safety of our guests and our staff, and to continue to meet and exceed federal, state, and local guidelines.
Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
- • Please call 781-849-1770 once you are parked, and we will let you know when you may come to the door. The door will be locked to limit the number of guests inside to keep us all safe.
- • Please arrive at your appointment wearing a mask and unaccompanied. No persons will be allowed to sit in the waiting areas. We also ask that you wear a mask for the duration of your visit.
- • If you or anyone in your household has traveled out of state within the last 14 days, we kindly ask that you let us know to reschedule your appointment accordingly.
- • We will have a health check and pre-screening at the time of your appointment with a waiver asking that you are aware of and understand these guidelines and the taking of your temperature. If your temperature is 99° or higher we will have to ask you to reschedule your appointment.
- • Our cancellation policy is 24 hours. If you need to cancel or make any changes to your appointment please give us a call before this time. Cancellations & Changes to your apt with less than 24 hours will result in a 50% fee of services scheduled. No shows will result in a 100% fee equal to the number of services scheduled.
- • If you need any retail products please let your stylist know. The retail area is touch-free.
- • The charge card you provided at the time of booking will be used to pay for your services to minimize the amount of passing between persons. Please remember, cash cannot be added to your charge card for gratuity. You may give cash directly to your stylist in an envelope, or you can use Venmo, a cash app.
