HOW TO SALON AND SPA
What if I want to change my stylist or therapist?
Our unique team approach enables you to request any designer, esthetician or therapist. Professionals realize that a different point of view from time to time is refreshing. Please do not assume that a designer's feelings will be hurt if you decide to change.
What is the cancellation policy?
Because your appointments are reserved especially for you, we require that you notify us 24 hours beforehand should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or changes with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
When should I arrive? For enhanced comfort and relaxation of the spa, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Arriving late may deprive you of your treatment time.
What is your cell phone/beeper policy? Please help us to maintain the serenity of the spa by muting all cell phones and beepers.
What should I wear?
We request that you wear the smock provided for the protection of your clothing while having hair services. While in the spa, most treatments are enjoyed without clothing, however please wear whatever makes you most comfortable. During all treatments, the body is fully draped, except for the area being worked on. Robes are also provided.
Is there a minimum age?
Spa guests must be 16 years or older. Salon services are available to all ages over 8 years. Our salon is not a child-safe environment. For their safety, please arrange a safe place for your children while you visit the salon and spa.
What about my comfort?
This is your time. It is all about your comfort. We want you to be delighted. Whether it’s the room temperature, the amount of massage pressure, or the volume of the music, please notify us at any time of any discomfort or preference you may have.
What if I have special health considerations?
Your therapist and/or aesthetician will consult with you before your treatment begins and customize your services to meet your individual needs. Please share your preferences with your therapist, and let the stress of your daily life drift away.
What about my jewelry and valuables?
We regret that we are not responsible for loss or damage to personal articles, including clothing and accessories. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment.
What about payment for services?
We accept all major credit cards and travelers’ checks. (We regret we are unable to add gratuity to credit cards). There is a $30 fee on all returned checks. Gratuities are not included in the prices of services. |
